Our Story

Martha Dayton Design was founded in 2005 in Minneapolis. Led by principal designer Martha Dayton, the team collectively has over 50 years of residential and commercial design experience. We engage in projects of all sizes and all aspects of design including the beginning building and planning stages through accessorizing a finished space. 

Our team has honed a practice of skillfully guiding clients through the process of curating a space, for an experience that is both inspiring and rewarding. The results are one-of-a-kind interiors for private residences, hotels, office buildings, and urban homes. 

Our portfolio of expertise spans the United States and Central America, including New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Calistoga, Santa Barbara, Park City, Fargo, Jose Del Cabo and Costa Rica.
